From recreational weekend warriors to elite athletes, even Olympians! Our PTs are very active in the community, covering sporting events, and hosting workshops and private training groups for teams. Our team has covered many competitions- from local cross-country running, skiing, track, basketball, national championships, world-level competitions, and the Olympics! We work very closely with local sports teams and the US National Ski Team.

This includes everything from strength and conditioning programs to classes, running gait analysis, strength and power testing, and more! We’re committed to staying ahead of the curve in PT education and leveraging cutting-edge technology such as Blood Flow Restriction training, Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy, VALD force plates, and diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound. We are currently in search of a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about helping individuals get back to the activities they love and possess the required qualifications below, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Possess a license in Physical Therapy (5+ years experience preferred, but new grads/ entry-level physical therapists with goals of developing sports physical therapy skills are welcome to apply)
• Strong manual therapy background preferred (COMT or other advanced manual therapy certification).
• Dry needling certification, Level 1 & Level 2 preferred.
• History of working in a cash/value-based clinic preferred.
• Experience working with athletes, including overhead athletes and endurance athletes, especially runners and skiers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-level care to all clients (This will involve accurate diagnosis, manual therapy/dry needling, tissue-specific care, exercise and load progression as appropriate, and return to sports/ activities)
  Collaborate with the team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in musculoskeletal and sports-specific PT.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continued learning and professional development.
• Utilize advanced tools such as Diagnostic Ultrasound, extracorporeal shockwave therapy, blood flow restriction, force decks, dynamometry, and instrumented gait analysis.
